Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return or exchange my LED poster?
Yes. If your poster arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We offer a full replacement or refund once the item is verified. We do not accept returns for change of mind, but you can exchange for a different design within 14 days of receipt (you cover return shipping).
What is your warranty policy?
All of our LED posters come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (LED diodes, power supply, and frame). If you experience any issues within that period, please email support@automopedia.store with your order number and photos of the defect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time typically takes 1–3 days, depending on current order volume. Once shipped, standard shipping takes 5–12 business days based on your location.
Can I customize a poster with my own bike photo?
At this time, we only offer pre-designed posters of popular models. So email support@automopedia.store and let us know what designs you're looking for!
